Without an ability to be present, generous, curious, and take risks to innovate, your workshop won't reach its potential. Participants need to see the good in each other, align around a collective outcome, and commit to supporting one another in service of a greater purpose -- the objective. We use mindfulness techniques to create optimistic, positive environments and teams. Mindfulness does not equal meditation, though that's a useful tool. Mindfulness is about active listening, discerning speech, and presence. It creates space for ease and flow and removes barriers to honest and fantastic contributions.

Evidence-Based PsychologyThird wave modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) have proven tools for collaboration and communication in business environments.
